Claudia Terlizzi Chapel, an athlete and former dancer has opened a new location of her Muscular Therapy Center and coaching practice in the beautiful setting of North Laguna Beach. Making use of the ocean and the wilderness trails that surround the area, she will integrate muscular therapy and motivational coaching in an effort to help those with a strong desire to tap into their full potential.

Claudia is known for her program, I AM A CHAMPION, which she has developed over her 17 year career working with some of the world's top athletes and performing artists. “I Am A Champion” is designed to bring forth the Champion that lives in all of us.

Coaching on everything from how to put together a meal plan on the go that is do-able, sustainable, nutritious, and fun, to how to overcome roadblocks to success athletically, academically, personally, as well as injury assessment, prevention and rehabilitation is offered at The Muscular Therapy Center of Laguna Beach.
